Model 231, Code of Ethics and Supervisory Body
The Board of Directors of I.A.E. S.p.A. has approved the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 (“Model 231”) and, at the same time, appointed the Supervisory Body (“OdV”), vested with independent powers of initiative and control, with the task of overseeing the implementation of and compliance with Model 231, as well as ensuring that it is kept up to date.
I.A.E. S.p.A.’s Model 231 consists, among other things, of a General Section, Special Sections dedicated to the various categories of relevant offences, and the 231 Protocols relating to the company’s main business areas, as well as the Company’s Code of Ethics.
In order to ensure the utmost transparency towards its stakeholders, I.A.E. S.p.A. makes the General Section of Model 231 and the Code of Ethics publicly available; these documents may be viewed and downloaded from this section of the website.
The Special Sections of Model 231 and the related 231 Protocols are internal Company documents and are made available to interested parties upon submission of a reasoned request, to be sent to:
